Dr. Evan Parker is the Founding Partner of Parker Analytics LLC. Evan leverages a PhD in Political Science, experience as faculty at Texas A&M University, and proprietary statistical models to forecast growth, maximize profitability, and identify top performing talent. Using data and sophisticated analytics, Evan establishes a foundation of evidence that law firm leaders rely on to make decisions with confidence, test the impact of their decisions regularly, and make adjustments informed by data to achieve optimal business outcomes. Kathleen Fredriksen is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Parker Analytics. Among other leadership positions, Kathleen served as Executive Director of a Top 25 AmLaw Firm and global head of Talent, Client Growth, and Business Development. As Managing Director of Corporate Development, Kathleen raised over $100 million to advance the development and commercialization of targeted therapeutics and imaging agents to treat cancer.
