Roxanne is the Founder of EvolveLaw. For over 10 years, she has helped law firms large and small, from coast to coast, with complex business issues such as strategic planning and execution, compensation, governance, M&A, succession planning, and lateral growth. Before her consulting career, she practiced law at Morrison Foerster for 17 years in Antitrust and IP litigation, and served as a Managing Partner for more than 2 years.
